Well, our first time at Butlins Minehead and we were well impressed. The size of the camp absolutely blew our mind! ALL of the staff we came in contact with were so helpfull it was unbelievable - compare it to Butlins at Bognor Regis and it is like Chalk and Cheese. As Professional Entertainers, at Minhead we were treated with respect and given a VIP pass which allowed us to park our van near whichever venue we were appearing at.
Unlike Bognor where you can't get the van anywhere near any of the Venues and the minute you have unloaded you are escorted off the camp and have to park outside in the day visitors car park.
