over the years we have supplied the wrestling shows to a few of the haven camps, all good fun....

but it seems to of changed now we still supply shows but the entertainment is no longer important and it seems that all they want guests to do is put money slot machines or over the bar...

Yes, we used to use you at the Gunton Hall and Devon Coast. Loved the wrestling and the kids used to go crazy cheering for their favourite wrestler to win, the oldies at Devon Coast used to be the same. Dunno which was the louder, think they were both equal. :D :

Used to watch the wrestling at Butlin's too in years gone by, but last time we were there in 2001 they didn't do it anymore.

And on holiday at Primrose Valley looked for the wrestling on the programme and they didn't do it there either. loved it. according to them, there's not much interest in it anymore. total crap. cos everyone i spoke to said they wished they still had it there. Daughter's 14 and she's never seen it.

Guess we'll have to find camps that still do it. :D

Im going to The Orchards on the 8th September and am gutted that wrestling would have finished by then, my 4 boys love it and would be very pleased to see it

I used to be a Blue Coat at PV in the 80's and we did have some wrestling for about 3 months and it was fantastic, but then they started to "CUTTING" to get the blood flowing so it was all cancelled. :cry:

Back in the 'olden' days when the wrestling required 'seconds' it was great to get involved with the show!! I used to shout myself hoarse at the 'baddie' wrestler!!! I got so invovled I eventually became part of the match, getting in at the last minute and chinning one of them!! The kids used to love it. Enjoyed every single minute of it! Someone HM's hated it, but I loved it!:p
