book by ex haven mate, please help.

hi, my girlfriend used to be a haven mate at hafan y mor and told me of a book that was written and released by an ex haven mate, she also told me the name of the book and its author. for my sins i have forgotten and cant find it no matter how hard i search. does anybody on here know what it is called? please help. thanks

I think it was written by a guy called Mark Oram but not sure of the name of it sorry!!
