Hey Daycat, I am going on this weekender and cant wait. I normally do about 3 of them a year but have never done this one before.
My last one was Hot Summer Party for my hen weekend, there is a thread on here so you can read the write up.
I am going along with 10 others, 6 ladies and 5 lads and really wish it was this weekend. We have our costumes ready for Sat night so "bring it on!"
There are a lot of differnt threads on here relating to adult weekend and how excellent they are
Enjoy it!

HI Daycat

Debsy here, I am a mega fan of the adult weekends, if you like a real good party, with fab atmosphere , no trouble, everyone been nice to each other, having lots of drink, then you will love it!!

Just read the fourum meet thread for the 80s weekend in Skeggy on the 10th October, there was a few people on that, that were "virgins" ( thats means its your first adult break) and they all totally fell in love with them and all booked to go again, there is nothing not to like about them, I do think this one you are going on might be more on the quiet side I know they are still advertising it at a really low price, but I bet there is a great xmas atmosphere going on there, hope you are getting a santa suit.

So wishing I was going, any butlins adult weekend is brill, some tip the scales more then others, would be a great opp to get lots of xmas kisses lol , I work lots and lots in dec, which is great as it pays for my 09 weekends
Have fun all you lucky people and let us know how it goes wont you chuck! xx

Hi again, its the mind of useless info speaking lol

Well I cant really say on the times of minehead, I think things start off later there then Skeggy, but I reckon Sun and Moon will be open from before ten for breakfasts and they serve booze lol, bar rosso and hot shots around 11 in the morning, but take a lot of your booze chuck, sorry dont know your sex!, I do know minehead skyline is so different to the other two, but at skeggy is it well know people drink there own or buy from the shop and drink in the skyline, as for closing time, I would say nothing earlier then 4am, in Jaks at skeggy on the last weekend I was on, it was 5,30am on the fri and sat and 4,30 am on the sunday so you have plenty of time to party hard,

I love meeting butlins virgins, if you are on face book there are lots of butlins groups on there chuck x

Have spare room for one/two.

Plus lift from Leeds,Hull, Sheffield, Notts, Birm etc to Somerset route, for this weekend if anyone's interested.

Wetherspoons open The Wellington at the end of the main St tomorrow. That will cut the food and drink prices a bit.

So much for storing sleep in preparation for this weekend, I was so excited I was awake at 1am, 230am, 4am, and got up at 630am (went to bed at 1130pm)
Still the Jack Daniels will help me to stay awake and enjoy what is going to be a great weekend.
Speak to you all on Monday if I am awakexx

What a fantastic weekend, we got to Minehead about 1pm on Friday and headed to Bar Rosso for the inaugrul pintage!
It seemed very quiet (in comparison to HSP in June) that didnt stop up singing along to the Christmas songs that were being played and generally getting the party started.
Got our chalet cards, we couldnt have been further away from the Skyline if we tried, right down by the bleeding caravans......does anyone know if they put the nosiest guests furthest away lol. It was very sureel as we were sat in the lounge drinking and I heard voices, looked out the window and the boys we met at HSP were in the chalet next to us again!!!!!!! How weird, we had no idea what accom they had booked and likewise for us.

It was great to see them again and of course they came in for a beer, we then went to Ocean Drive for dinner. Coral Beach wasnt open?? Food was ok, I couldnt eat as I was too excited.

Went back to chalet to get ready and headed off to the irish bar and then CS about 9pm to watch Alvin Stardust, Boney M and a tribute to Elvis......all excellent (not that I remember much of them by this time)
We left around 2am and headed over to Finnigans, I was so drunk that two of my mates told me to sit down and not wander off (daft thing to say really as they know I will!!!) so off I toddled out of the Skyline trying to find my way back to the chalet........the whole of the camp had bloody flooded and I practically swam back, it was over my knees!! Everyone was soaking......still it never sobered me up and we had a party back in chalet till 5am with the neighbours.

Saturday we got up about 10am and went for breakfast, back to chalet for a kip and then for a wander around and to watch the footie in Hotshots.
Back to chalet after tea to get ready for fancy dress and more Jack Daniels......headed to CS about 10pm very drunk and watched the X Factor result in there (yes, very sad Sharkey lol) over to Reds at 11pm for the Abba tribute who were class as always, I went out the back of Reds for a smoke and got locked out. Had to stumble all the way back round and went to CS to see 911 (who replaced East 17, as they were sick!!) and then Fran Cosgrove was the DJ.
Went back to chalet around 4am and partied till 830am, drinking some very lethal cocktails and playing hide and seek (dont ask) Our neighbours slept in our chalet which means there wasnt enough beds for us, so one of my mates ended up in bed with me!!!! (My new husband was quiet impressed lol)
Got up at almost 11am just in time for breakfast and then went back for a shower and a kip. Then back to hot shots for bowling, ladbrokes for a bet and a wander around. Had to go and have another kip and woke up in time for tea.
Back to chalet for more Jack Daniels and straight to CS to watch tributes to the Beatles and Queen. Neil wasnt drinking much as he had to drive home early the next day so we both headed back around 1am and realised we didnt have the card so kipped in the hallway till everyone got back.
Went to bed early,,around 3am as we were shattered.
Excellent weekend as always, just a lot quieter at this time of year than normal.
Bring on 80s madness at the end of Feb

That was a good read!
Sounds like you had a brilliant time!
I'm surprised it's quieter though ... Bognor's always packed for the Nov 80s.
Lucky you getting back so soon!

Really enjoyed reading your review, thanks Sam!

I was at One Big Party at Skeggy this sort of time three years ago and that was reasonably quiet with one Dining Room closed and Reds closed on the Sunday night (although I know that's usual at Bognor anyway). I guess that lots of people have Christmas parties etc in December so it's not convenient for them?
