Thank you for visiting this wonderful website, which has been celebrating Butlin's history since 2001. On August 8, 2026, the Butlins Memories website transitioned to a new owner and became part of the Butlins Memorabilia website family. We proudly stand alongside each other, sharing the story of Butlins and its rich history. The Butlins Memories website serves as a vast resource for Butlins nostalgia and information. Within these pages, you'll discover a treasure trove of information, photographs, and memories. We also provide a brief history of UK holiday camps, along with sections dedicated to Pontins and Warners.

The Butlins Memories website was the original hub for this history, with contributions from esteemed members like Rocky Mason. Today, the site has been refreshed while maintaining the original design as much as possible, honouring the original creators. There is a wealth of information available here, with the menu above also including links to Butlins Memorabilia.  As a Butlins collector, I feel truly honoured to own this website and am very proud to say, "Welcome to Butlins Memories." It is crucial to note that the Butlins Memories website, www.butlins-memories.com, does not operate as the official Butlins website. The official site for Butlins can be accessed at www.butlins.com. The items you see on this website are from those who contributed from 2001 and some new areas added by members from the Butlins Memorabilia social media groups. I would like to clarify that Butlins and their owners have not reached out to me to create this website, nor do they offer any funding for its maintenance. It is essential to note that the Butlins Memories website is not affiliated with Butlins in any official capacity.

Who and What is the Butlin's Memories Website
Established in 2001 by a gentleman named Glen, the Butlins Memories website has evolved into a premier resource for researching the history of Butlins. By August 2026, the Butlins Memorabilia website had transformed into its current form and became an integral part of the Butlins Memorabilia site.

Are you the official Butlins Archive?
There exists only ONE official website that represents Butlins, and that is located at www.butlins.com. The Butlins Memorabilia website is NOT the official archive of Butlins, nor does it serve as the authentic historical record of this extraordinary company. Butlins and their respective parent company have no role in the development of this site and have not participated in its creation. The official source for all Butlins information is the one indicated above. This site is strictly a fan-created platform, and any material presented here should be viewed as unofficial. Butlins and their esteemed parent company have NOT reached out to me to create this site, nor have they requested me to promote them. I undertake this effort solely to demonstrate my appreciation for their remarkable name and brand.
