How can I fix this error, Mark?
The occurrence of a 404 error is not due to any action on your part; it likely results from a link oversight or a content upload issue on my end. Please wait a few minutes and refresh the page. I sincerely apologise for this inconvenience; I strive to make everything work as planned, but errors can happen, particularly with the distractions of three children.

What is this black screen issue, Mark?
It is certainly inconvenient when the website encounters problems, and I find myself puzzled by the reasons behind it. Following each update, the menu either drops to the bottom or displays a black screen. This issue appears to be caused by the browser, which may be caching the page and attempting to render an outdated layout that is no longer available, resulting in this error. Fortunately, such occurrences are relatively rare. 

How can I fix this error, Mark?
Fortunately, this error can be resolved quickly and easily. There are two approaches to address this issue: 

  • The page may resolve itself within an hour or two, so if you can wait, feel free to return later.
  • Alternatively, you can delete your history on your device's browser software to eliminate outdated settings and implement the new ones.

I could say it was a technical issue or that the problem lay with the website's hosting, but that would not be truthful. The error was actually due to my own mistake, as I provided incorrect details that prevented the contact form from functioning properly. With CAPTCHAs and other elements involved, I had made an error that resulted in this issue appearing regardless of any actions taken in the form.
